Sale of Bonar Floors

We want to make our customers and partners aware, not only to ensure that you are informed at the earliest opportunity, but also to assure you that you will continue to receive the highest levels of service and support. We remain fully committed to delivering all of our products and solutions and will continue to operate in a business as usual manner.

The Flooring Division of Forbo is about three times the size of Bonar Floors, with long established and largely complementary products. The combination of these two strong flooring businesses focussed on one market sector will create a formidable player in the floor covering market I believe this makes eminent commercial sense, which in turn should be good for our customers.

It is likely that final completion of the sale will be concluded within the next few weeks, subject to receiving the necessary approvals, and I look forward to updating you further on this exciting period of development.
